免費試用期結束後資料會消失嗎?
不會。試用期結束後您的資料會完整保留 90 天,期間您可以隨時訂閱繼續使用,資料無縫銜接。超過 90 天未訂閱才會清除,且我們會在清除前再次通知。
What happens to my data after the free trial ends?
Your data is preserved intact for 90 days after trial expiry. Subscribe any time within that window and pick up exactly where you left off. We notify you again before any cleanup happens past 90 days.
我可以隨時取消訂閱嗎?

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — each shop has its own US$32/month or US$320/year subscription. Design rationale: data is fully isolated per shop (privacy compliance + strict staff management), each with independent backup and hot path. 3 shops = NT$2,997/month — compared to traditional multi-shop requiring 3 POS units (NT$90,000+) plus independent database maintenance, cloud subscription is still much cheaper. **Current limitation**: each shop requires its own Google account login; a one-click cross-shop switcher UI is planned but not yet shipped. 客戶資料儲存在哪裡?安全嗎?
所有資料儲存於 Google Firebase 的亞洲資料中心(asia-east1,台灣彰化),全站 HTTPS 加密傳輸,企業級資安架構。每日自動備份。Firestore 規則嚴格隔離各店家資料,員工只能看到自己店家內依角色(owner/manager/beautician)開放的資訊。
Where is my customer data stored? Is it secure?
All data lives in Google Firebase, asia-east1 region (Changhua, Taiwan). Full HTTPS encryption, enterprise-grade infrastructure, daily automated backups. Firestore security rules strictly isolate each shop's data; staff only see what their role (owner/manager/beautician) permits within their own shop.
我從 Excel / 紙本 / 其他系統遷移過來會麻煩嗎?

How hard is it to migrate from Excel / paper / another system?

When a beautician leaves, what happens to unpaid performance from their treatments (e.g., installment customers who haven't paid in full)?
MeiYe Zhan preserves original performance attribution. Even after a beautician is deactivated (isActive=false), Debt records from their treatments still reference their uid; when customers later pay, **the repayment-day performance still credits the departed beautician** (Option A: whoever did the work earns the credit). If the owner needs to reassign to a new staff member, they manually edit the treatment's beauticianId (logged in auditLog). Same applies to multi-support beautician scenarios (v1.0.18+) — supporting staff shares stay locked at original ratios.

What if a customer accidentally overpays — e.g., should pay NT$1,000 but paid NT$1,200?
MeiYe Zhan supports negative-amount refunds. Process: (1) Customer page → find the treatment → edit → correct paidAmount (NT$1,200 → NT$1,000) → system detects the delta and prompts to create a refund record; (2) Or directly add a negative payment entry (-NT$200) on the Debt module as the refund record; (3) Performance auto-adjusts down (refundDebt reverses beauticianCredits proportionally). All operations logged in auditLog for traceability.
客戶要求依個資法/GDPR 刪除他的所有資料,要怎麼做?

How do I delete all of a customer's data (personal data law / GDPR right to erasure)?
On the customer detail page, "Delete entire customer" triggers cascade deletion: profile, all treatments, related debts, stored items, customer packages all removed; inventory auto-restored; corresponding auditLog kept for 90-day compliance window (with deleted customer name snapshot for verification) then permanently cleared. Already-recognised performance and salaries are NOT reversed — those are staff income already earned. For anonymisation only (retain anonymous business statistics without personal identifiers), edit the customer record and clear name/phone/email/birthday — shop owner decides the level of preservation.
美業棧資料能直接給會計做稅務申報嗎?需要什麼格式?

Can I export data directly for the accountant to file taxes? What format?
Yes. The Reports page supports two Excel exports: (1) **Performance details**: each service's date, customer, amount, payment method, beautician, performance recognised; (2) **Payroll details**: per-staff base salary, overtime, performance bonus, per-execution bonus, deductions, net pay. Filenames auto-include shop name and month for accountant clarity. Taiwan shops typically also need e-invoice records — MeiYe Zhan does not currently integrate Taiwan e-invoice (company registration pending), but all transaction details export for manual invoicing or pairing with external invoicing systems.
匯入失敗會弄壞既有資料嗎?
不會。美業棧的匯入機制是「預覽 + 確認」兩段式:(1) 上傳 Excel 後系統先在記憶體解析,**完全不寫入資料庫**;(2) 顯示「匯入預覽」表格列出「將新增 / 將更新 / 將跳過」每一筆,您可逐行檢查;(3) 確認無誤後按「確認匯入」才正式寫入。失敗的列不會中斷整批匯入,會單獨列出原因供事後修正。如果匯入後發現有誤,可在客戶列表用 Excel 匯出當前狀態作為備份,再用更新版重新匯入覆蓋(依電話為配對 key)。
Could a failed import corrupt my existing data?
No. The import flow is two-phase preview-then-commit: (1) Upload Excel → system parses in-memory and **writes nothing to the database**; (2) Display a preview table listing 'will add / will update / will skip' per row for line-by-line review; (3) Only after you confirm does it write to the database. Failed rows don't abort the batch — they're listed separately with reasons for correction. If post-import you discover errors, export current state to Excel as backup, then re-import an updated version to overwrite (phone is the matching key).

How are vouchers (store credit) handled? Do they count toward performance?
Vouchers are credit, not cash — they do NOT count toward performance or revenue (excluded at source since v1.0.17). To redeem: (1) Add a payment line with method = voucher; (2) Mix with cash if needed, e.g., NT$1,000 service = NT$500 cash + NT$500 voucher; (3) Beautician performance only credits the cash portion (NT$500); (4) Dashboard auto-subtracts voucher from both revenue and performance; (5) Voucher redemption still shows on the customer's ledger for reconciliation.

Can I migrate data from my existing POS machine?
Depends on whether your POS supports Excel/CSV export. Most Taiwan beauty POS systems can export customer lists and service history but formats vary widely. Recommended flow: (1) Export customer list from POS to Excel; (2) Reformat columns to match MeiYe Zhan template (name, phone, birthday, gender, address, tags, notes); (3) Use the MeiYe Zhan import to upload. Treatment history may be too complex to migrate directly (multi-supporters, varied payment methods) — consider importing only customer profiles and starting fresh treatment history from MeiYe Zhan launch day.
